The purpose of a subway in its general idea is efficient, timely, safe, comfortable transport. The purpose of an economy or the purpose of the country simply described in its general idea is the efficient, timely, safe, comfortable economic transport through life and all of life's financial experiences. This is the peace, order and the good government or the life, liberty, health and property...or happiness. This requires policy and policy that must be defended as we defend our very lives. We may require system updates sometimes and assistance from our various foreign stake holders when our economy is under performing and running recessions and we appear to say we don't know why. The reason is that we have not committed to the principle that confirms every citizen has the ability to pay and if they did have the ability to pay, why would there be any recessions or any depressions? We need to stimulate the economy but reducing lending rates below a stipulated figure that is tied to the rate on foreign debt obligations, hoping for domestic economic activity cannot achieve the goal and zero % says that Michael Jackson and George Washington (Sam Adams too) left the building. We could also say it like this. Quantitative easing is a policy to reduce the federal loan rate no lower than .5%. The fed rate is reduced to provoke consumer economic activity but the buck stop concerning rate reduction cannot be a zero rate. I was apparently zero % a week ago. The paper money, the national salaries for administration, drivers (that's me...Drivah!!!), security and cash delivery and the cost of "solver" in the coins carry an actual cost that demands payment with national revenue generating at some rate no less than .5%. We can pay for a $70,000.00 per year income support with an increase in VAT/sales tax to a more international, responsible 20% to cover the cost of the income support. We can use this sales tax mechanism to increase and decrease consumer activity. Raising sales tax reduces activity. The income support stays generally constant but will increase at 2% per year with the average rate of inflation as delineated by the consumer price index (what is that?). Combines that cause unusually high price increases in markets are called Market Price Abuses that Could cause a general system crises, affecting the standard rate of inflation unusually. The issue was to see if the North American could at least find his own self saving policies that supported the lives of the population and also need for constant regular recession cancelling stimulus and the old black Mammy running a Chicken and Waffles shop in the Carolinas could have balanced this system with good intentions. My white restaurant managers could have solved the economy with good motivation. The bus drivers, white or black, running the subway or most of them could have solved it with good intentions. So, where are the people who could cooperate and write the requisite policy? Never mind; we have policy now that provides sufficient ATP; that is economic stimulus for the Economy. The simple answer was to just extend the Minnesota economy across all of North America; all of North America as Minnesota has one of the higher rates of positive economic performance and is contributing nearly more than 1/10 to national gross domestic product with regular high total full price real revenue vehicle sales.   But if it, America,  was just an idea does that mean there is no respect for the Constitution as written?   The Constitution is more than an idea. Its the law.    Who told you this?    Would it have been soo difficult to guarantee and ensure the lives of every American citizen pursuant to the UN ILO Recommendations R202 so you are on par socioeconomically with your competitor nations or your creditor nations?  This is no longer a question of capitalist policy vs. socialist policy. This is really only a Capitalist Tenet; a Tenet and necessity  that every citizen must have a guaranteed universal unconditional income support for seamless market fulfillment in the age of the joblessness occasioned by total automation.   Before we go any further, we have to understand that there is theory and practice. Let's say that there is unwritten theory involving  plan or practice to work out sufficient government revenue to outweigh expenses.  Maybe there is no government debt but we are supposed to think there is as they report a debt. Who would really know for sure? But, let's say maybe 4% Federal sales tax collected at every gas station and on every travel, airline and bus ticket would be sufficient revenue to wipe out a $500 billion Federal debt. Maybe it is enough to pay for everything the government spends yearly. But, officially, there is a deficit and officially the debt carries an interest rate of 6%. If the interest rate is six percent, the interest charges are significant and maybe we notice that all of our partner modern  nations carry a national Federal Sales Tax of 20% to 30%. We should follow suit. We are not capable of any genuine influence or leadership when we are in debt to other nations and unnecessarily.   This unnecessary debt as managed and by certain individuals who find their way into politics and who also imagine an American global hegemony seem to be doing two things at the same time; talking about hegemony but then frustrating the country's national existence and  viability but in the end, it must be what these certain individuals intend to achieve and it may have begun with John Adams; that as a Sans Souci dna  he does not want any government to have any authority or hegemony over him  or be worth more than him and it should, some how, feel dead but not look dead  so that if the government has a debt of $700 billion, then isn't John Adams worth more than the government if he only has $1.00, a can of Coca Cola or one farm house and farm worth $70,000.00 as 1959? This is a subconscious intention but essentially the government is sacked by this contravention of Federal Fiscal logic and Modern Capitalist fiscal responsibility with insufficient national income and insufficient income support per citizen. It killed Ford's largest global market seen in the U.S. with insufficient sales per day across the U.S because the citizens were under funded with insufficient income support, making Ford an easy global take over target with its largest most certain  market in the U.S.  growing weak. TATA owns it now.; the people who build Jaguar.    This is the practice.  It's illegal. It's treason.  The  theory is San Souci hegemony.   This could lend itself to a Native Amerindian agenda fos a subconscious technically sacked government; sacked from within as couched in American Sans Souci sophistication,   Eau de Toilette, chocolat  and croissants.         Its difficult for diabolical Sans Souci dna who wants to say no one can tell him anything about efficiency and he would prefer to wobble along with a carburetor  for 100 years before he adopts a fuel injector.  He would prefer to half automate the production lines and build inferior products before he would adopt total automation as he sees his market share in the economy taken up by products built on totally automated production lines until he is totally run over by Asian manufacturing and German manufacturing.     The glorified 13 colonies did not include California in the West and the other Spanish North American colonies on the west coast.  Those Spanish North American colonies were not involved in any Civil War.   Colonial America involved several cultures and languages and a great hinterland in between the two colonial experiences with religion being one unwritten dynamic in the colonial experience.    Judaism and Catholicism were fundamental; along with Protestantism while all the faiths claim to herald Leviticus and communal regeneration during times of peace and war as paramount.  America as a failed experiment in national cohesion was at least successful in developing a national infrastructure that needs rebuilding along with the population in general.   This failed experiment in nation building is seen in the West Indies also with most of the islands being taken back under direct European supervision as they were just not ready yet to maintain a few necessary socioeconomic fundamentals. The Sans Souci maniacal dna is Custer's dna and was quite often working against the quiet answer in fulfilling the economy. Now, the Japanese own it and the Europeans will supervise it; as planned.  I love these new  Twinkies now with more fish protein.  Why was there any civil war when it was not so difficult to naturalize the black people as citizens and give them a 1/4 acre of land to own and farm with the slave ration still being paid and with a fair deal on the price of crops and livestock  to be offered at market.  Instead they had a big argument that killed all the honor seeking, adventure seeking young men who hoped to get out of the average American life; American Sans Souci victims after all.   The black people moved west and north.  Why did they argue about the carburetor  and wait more than forty years to remove it from the American vehicle production offerings until there is no independent US Car company any longer?  Ford is now owned by TATA.    Who is so insistent on destructive arguments with simple, helpful solutions?  He is to be beheaded one more time who ever he is. Its probably John Adams who was hung and shot while swinging on a tree.  But, he is still wielding influence from an artificial suspended life state with his head in a bottle.  Now, he has his minions arguing with the right logical application of a 30% Federal sales tax for the Federal Government to rectify the national state of affairs.  Someone has advocated for 4% instead of the requisite Irish 30% or the requisite Japanese 30%.    He has threatened all the past presidents. Who is he? He cannot be the current President but there is no honor left in being American(Japanese now really) to hide this phenomenon in the Oval Office if this is what has happened.  Alexander Hamilton warned against this state of affairs and to watch for the unscrupulous men from Sans Souci; men like John Adams and Julien Phuketanor  weaseling their way into national affairs and statecraft.    We know the current President will find the retard who proposed a 4% national sales tax; idiot, retarded!    It must be the ghost of Sans Souci one more time; One More Time!  This article is just a movie plot based loosely on a future idiot who would hope to be the President by offering the lives of all of his ten children while he does everything contrary to logic and runs the country into the ground, destabilizing the whole global financial system and the American Union on his second go at it,  reducing national debt repayment capability in a threat to renege on repayment of the Chinese owned debt.  The movie will be called the son of San Souci or Son of Sam #2; Shock and Awe.

Someone is about to confuse the issue and need for a functioning economy involving a  30% Federal sales tax(  not 4%) with the issue of white hegemony in America.  What white hegemony are you trying to resolve when  you are already in debt to China and you should be trying to pay it off and how can you if you don't collect enough sales tax to pay the debt? This does not help white Hegemony but frustrates it and maybe that is what you want subconsciously as ancestrally brown Americano people; right?   Who are you working for?     I have no difficulty with white hegemony if its aboriginally contextual and not inhumane or abusive or economically niggardly  since I could be part Eskimo and Norwegian.   It just happens to be what it is in maybe Svalbard or Iceland or Greenland for instance. We can all live together and get along.  It may be contextual in other parts of the world and no one needs to be inhumane or abusive. But, there is an Egyptian Man's Burden to ensure every Egyptian is well taken care of and there is an English Man's Burden to ensure every English speaking person is well taken care of.    The White man's burden remains if he believes as a white man, he has something to teach emerging civilizations about self regenerative, recession proof economies and how can you be a Capitalist minded American and not understand a universal unconditional income support to prevent economic contraction and market down turns or a loss in necessary population numbers every time there is an increase in industrial automation that leads to an increase in buying power but also met with a downturn in consumer spending  and low consumer buying power if the joblessness occasioned by automation is not covered by a guaranteed income support for every citizen?  Try the new Netflix movie entitled the American Worker that discusses some of these issues.  Obalma may not have smoked drugs during his two terms while a black man could have solved the economy in five minutes with or without Viagara under his tongue. It's not that difficult. It was all spelled out in the first edition of his book in the last chapter where he says he will implement the UN ILO Recommendations R202 and he actually wrote it himself. He mentions a responsible Fed rate and a universal income support plan of no less than $60,000.00  per year for every American modeled on the Vermont program.   In fact, any black person could have solved it and he had may 5000 of them on the payroll. But, something got in the way; maybe a hellish fart rising up into the atmosphere to challenge the logic of God and Heaven; an old fart from an old dusty senator who was not really a senator because he was never elected anywhere in America or in Omaraca.  This old dusty guy also caused the wikileaks.  There has to be something about him  to explain how he could steal a female Secretary of State's phone and not be held down with the same treason conviction for espionage under the Espionage Act 1917 as  she has suffered for failing to maintain state secrets.  The reason why he has not been detected is because he says the constitution is wrong for aboriginal people.   He released all the information in her phone. He released everything  and they are trying to find him  and it seems that his chicaneries in  stratagems  come from some kind of Court Jester genome in him mixed with the dna of the Devil named King Saul of Israel or Sans Souci.  He cannot control his emotions and finds suggestions of constitutional or financial propriety intimidating.   He's a white asshole really and has no place anywhere in anything.
